摘要
Wool fabrics are welcomed by customers because of their soft touch and fine warmth retention property, yet they are easy to pilling during the wearing process. Anionic waterborne polyurethane (AWPU) was prepared and applied to improve the anti-pilling quality of wool fabrics. The reaction variables such as R value, the addition method, time, temperature and the degree of neutralization with acid on the properties of AWPU dispersion were evaluated. The effects of AWPU amount, heating temperature and time, pH value were also discussed. The results showed that AWPU improved the anti-pilling quality of wool fabrics from grade 1.5 to 4.
