摘要
Nowadays, the rising of both business and leisure trip lead to the increases of travel trend in our living society. Mobile phone is the tool that we could not escape during travel. We could foresee the degree adoption of mobile apps is continuing to grow in which could be the potential market for tourism organizations. Generation-Y is the biggest group of people with constitutes 44% of population in Malaysia who owns mobile phones and tablets as their daily habit tools, and also they are the largest group who travel the most. Thus, this research is focused on group of Generation-Y in terms of accuracy, where based on Consumer Acceptance and Use of Information Technology (UTAUT2) theory to identify the various factors that influencing the usage of mobile apps for travel among Generation-Y in Malaysia.
