摘要
The current study is based on the collection of qualitative spontaneous data, within an institution that has recently changed its entire leadership structure. The implications of the change on internal communication processes, organisational culture as well as on members' perception on change are analysed. In spite of all the evidence from the literature review that support the idea of resistance to change, the study concludes that change is regarded as a rather positive phenomenon by the members of the organization. The current research is a necessary addition to the Romanian literature on the subject, which is quite lacking in empirical studies in the area of organizational change and it can provide useful results for the understanding of workgroups that go through a process of this kind.
