摘要
Substitution of Mo for Ni in a 51Ti-49Ni alloy induced the R phase transformation. In a thermo-mechanically treated 51Ti-48.3Ni-0.7Mo alloy, the R phase appeared on both heating and cooling, while it appeared only on cooling in 51Ti-49Ni and 51Ti-48.5Ni-0.5Mo alloys. The reverse transformation finish temperature (Ar) of 51Ti-48.3Ni-0.7Mo alloy was not changed with increasing applied stress from 20 to 120 Mpa, but kept constant at about 310 K, which is the human body temperature.
