摘要
Ascribing a certain form of psychotherapy to a specific person involves taking a multitude of different external, motivational and interactional factors into account. In contrast to traditional somatic medicine, diagnostic features play merely a minor role here. A suitable match between patient. and therapist is especially relevant for outcome of-therapy and further prognosis. The therapeutic alliance has, been shown to be a significant factor for this match in empirical studies. pwr experiences suggest that especially for severely disturbed patients applying a combination of different types of therapy as well as taking an successive process of adaptation to the individual: patient have proven themselves beneficial.
