The Remodeling of Chinese Entrepreneurial Spirit

This paper aims to explore the remolding countermeasures of Chinese entrepreneur spirit. Following the logic method from reality to nature, the author firstly analyzes the entrepreneurial spirit connotation, and think that innovation, cooperation and morality is the three pillars of the entrepreneur spirit. In China, the deficiency of entrepreneur spirit expresses the lack of innovation spirit, cooperation spirit and the group moral. On this basis, this paper discusses that in China the countermeasures of the entrepreneur spirit remodeling are establishing and perfecting entrepreneur selection, incentive and the decision-making mechanism. In order to achieving the organic unity of social fashion, market environment and cooperation and molding the cooperation spirit; forming moral system that from entrepreneurs introspective to social supervision to build moral spirit.
