摘要
In this letter, we consider joint diagonalization(JD) algorithm for 2-dimensional direction of arrival (2D-DOA) estimation based on L-shaped array in monostatic multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) radar. The presented algorithm does not require to construct covariance matrix of the receive signal and any eigen-value decomposition of the covariance matrix, while it has better angle estimation performance as well. as lower computational complexity than estimation of signal parameters via rotational invariance techniques(ESPRIT) algorithm. Furthermore, our algorithm does not require pairing the azimuth and elevation angles of targets. We also derive the Cramer-Rao Bound (CRB) for monostatic MIMO radar systems.
