摘要
The changes of the cotton fibre microporosity as a result of annealing at temperatures from 20degreesC to 300degreesC were examined by proton NMR relaxation and Positron Lifetime Spectroscopy (PAS). These nuclear physics methods allowed us analyse the behaviour of bound water in the cotton fibre molecular structure and to observe free volume regions formed there.
