摘要：
The paper analyses the impact of artificial intelligence on employment relationships and the ensuing need for adaptation of labour law principles and constructs to new social realities arising from the digitalization of social processes. The analysis outlines the challenges facing the labour market and the responsibility of institutions for adoption of a regulatory framework.
