Simulation and Realization of an Acceleration and Deceleration Algorithm Based on Trigonometric Function

摘要
Flexible force impact controlling is a key factor of acceleration and deceleration algorithm in high speed CNC equipment. At the same time, controlling accuracy and efficiency of the algorithm are required. Therefore, an acceleration and deceleration algorithm Based on trigonometric function are proposed in this paper. Then, mathematical models of displacement, acceleration and jerk are deduced. The algorithm is simulated and realized in Matlab environment, the results are compared with trapezoidal profile acceleration and deceleration algorithm. It is applied in a winding machine velocity control system which we have designed. Application results show that the algorithm achieved good effect.
