摘要
We studied the changes of a corrected ratio of acceleration time-to-ejection time derived from continuous-wave Doppler echocardiography in normal, full-term neonates during the first 7 days of life. This study found that peak pulmonary arterial pressure decreased during this period, reached a normal level by 5 days of age, and became less normal at 7 days of age.
