摘要
To launch digital transformation projects, companies need tools that allow them to assess the level of readiness, identify key areas of change, and form an effective strategy. Such tools should take into account the individual characteristics of the company, be easy to use and provide clear results. The conducted study shows that companies seek for a self-assessment tool, which will allow them not only evaluate the level of readiness for digital transformation, but identify potential barriers, and strengths. Another result of the study is the system of common criteria for readiness, which can be used for self-assessment. Grouping the criteria into relevant sections/domains allows to identify company's weak points from the point of Digital Transformation view.
