摘要
An antipsychotie drug chlopromazine hydrochloride (CPH) was investigated using differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) cyclic voltammetry (CV), and differential pulse adsorptive stripping voltammetry (DPAdSV) at a large-surface carbon film electrode. Under the optimal conditions found. CPH was determined in buffered aqueous solutions in the concentration ranges from 0.1 to 100 mu mol.L-1 by DPV and from 0.01 to 1 mu mol.L-1 by DPAdSV. Furthermore, the applicability of the newly developed DPV and DPAdSV methods was verified on model samples of drinking and river water.
