摘要
Aiming at the production scheduling problem of many varieties and small quantities, this paper designs an optimization model of production scheduling that considered equipment failures, which makes production scheduling more in line with actual processing. Firstly, assumed that the equipment failure rate obeys Weibull distribution. The sum of equipment maintenance cost, labor cost and part processing cost is the cost of production scheduling. The optimization model is established by minimizing the makespan and minimizing the cost of production scheduling; Secondly, genetic algorithm is improved by adding a cloud model generator. Then designed the process of how to use improved genetic algorithm to solve the job shop scheduling problem considering machine failure; Finally, select the case, verify the design of the model and algorithm, the calculation results show that the model and algorithm proposed in this paper has certain practical value.
