Comparative study between two STC translation methods from different conditions

摘要
The STC translation methods are used in many applications, such as prediction of energy yield, characterization of PV modules, and translation of current-voltage (I-V) curve from any conditions of temperature and irradiance, to any other conditions of temperature and irradiance. A comparative study has been done in this work to compare and contrast Anderson and Blaesser translation methods. The Isofoton 1106 monocrystalline PV module parameters have been used to implement a synthetic model in LabView, for getting dataset of IV curves over a wide range of irradiance and temperature. These I-V reference curves have been used to evaluate the performance of Anderson and Blaesser methods, of STC translation from different ranges of irradiance and temperature.
