摘要
In Poland, as well as in the other countries in the European Union, legal regulations on food production and food trade have been introduced, including legal regulations imposing the obligation to implement and apply some quality management systems. It is compulsory for the food industry enterprises to apply GHP, GMP, and HACCP systems during the food production and food trade. Since Poland joined the European Union, an essential increase has occurred in the number of enterprises to implement and maintain mandatory quality management systems. According to the monitoring results, in 2011, the vast majority (99%) of animal products processing enterprises implemented GHP and GMP, and only 52% of them implemented the obligatory HACCP system. In the group of non-animal products processing enterprises, 89% of them applied GMP, 88% implemented GMP, and 60% implemented HACCP.
