Research on the Characteristics of Resource-Based Enterprises' Technological Innovation, China

Based on the analysis of the technological innovation characteristics of Chinese resourced-based enterprises, this paper firstly analyzes the factors impacting on the technological innovation, and secondly it holds the idea that apart from enterprises' R&D activities, non-R&D activities, integration and synergy of internal and external innovative resources play important roles in enterprises' technological innovation, which can practically enhance their innovative management level. Moreover, the paper puts forward a relevant theoretical framework, which lays a theoretical foundation for establishing a management mode adapting to the technological innovation of resourced-based enterprises.
