摘要
The city government in Indonesia allocates the budget for grant and social assistance that sourced from their local government budget annually. According to observation phase, there are several problems found and the one biggest are subjectivity issue. In addition, process of decision making is still using the way that take a long time because of all process doing by observe the completeness of each applicant's file grants and social assistance, then compare the assessed and estimated who deserves grants and social assistance. This work proposed a design of expert system that can decrease the number of subjectivity issue including implement analytical hierarchy process (AHP) method in experiment phase. In evaluation phase this design shows exactly 70% accuration value.
