In this study, it was investigated that the usability of multi criteria decision making methods to solve the occupational safety and health based problems. For this purpose, block excavation process in a marble quarry was observed and probable accidents and their effects were determined. Risk analysis of the quarry was done according to Fine-Kinney method and the obtained data were evaluated by using Grey relation analysis method. The evaluation was performed from two different perspectives as accident types and production process, and Borda Count Method was used for ranking the criteria. As a result, it was seen that the most effective accidents are "electric shock", "crash to a moving object", "fall from height", "falling any pieces" and "punched or cut by an object". Also, it was found out the most risky production process are "placement the diamond wire through the holes", "wring and add the diamond wire", "displacement, fill and overturning the block", "transport, installations and dismantling the water and electricity equipment", "the cutting process of diamond wire machine" and "drilling operation".
