摘要
A three-channel source was developed that supplies noncontrolled constant voltage, pulse-duration-controlled voltage (0-12 V, 1 A), and pulse-duration-controlled stabilized voltage (2000 V, 5 mA). The source can be used as a power supply unit for electron devices employed in electron spectrometers for surface diagnostics. A distinctive feature of the device is the synchronization of the working frequency of voltage converters with the modulation frequency of the spectrometer, which ensures better noise suppression in the lock-in detection mode.
