摘要
The training of engineers is very important for the safety of high-speed railways. However, the high cost of real devices have restricted the production of training equipment and affected the training of engineers. To address this problem, this paper proposes a simulated CCU (center control unit) referring to the famous high-speed EMU train CRH380B. It can be used to manufacture the braking system training equipment (BSTE) of the high-speed EMU train. It is mainly composed of one host, two displays, one MVB card and one switch output module. This equipment can realize all functions of the real CCU performed in the braking system of CRH380B, including device management, communication management and faults reporting. In addition, it can communicate and work with other real components of the braking system. We discuss the principle of the simulated CCU and then give the detailed composition structure and electrical connections, at last, introduce the usage procedures and the braking experiments. Experiments show that, the cost of the simulated CCU only 5% of the real equipment, which can greatly reduce the development cost of the training equipment.
