摘要
By using meticulously selected ingredient materials and an optimum design of the mix ratio, the conflict between the dispersion resistance of non-dispersible underwater concrete (NDUC) and its construction properties, dynamic properties and durability was effectively reconciled, thus achieving a total performance optimization. The resulting NDUC featured strong dispersion resistance, significant fluidity and high self compactness, and its setting time could be regulated, with the seven days' and 28 days' ratios of strengths in water and on land both exceeding 0. 75, indicating strong underwater impermeability and resistance to chloride ion penetration. Through multiple rounds of experimental mixing, optimum mix ratios for slow-setting and quick-setting NDUC were obtained, which satisfied different technical requirements for underwater construction.
