摘要
Organizations face the new challenges of a more dynamic and complex business environment. New technology, especially communication and information-sharing platforms, customer behaviour shifts and the global economy accelerate changes in many industries that organizations have to adapt to. On the other hand, an organization's readiness to adapt is limited. Studies show that 60 - 70 per cent of organization changes were either not delivered on time, budget or of the required quality. The author, in his research, has been studying the reasons for change failures in order to design a framework supporting the organization change process. The author's original framework, Enterprise Architecture-based Change Process, is introduced in this paper.
