摘要
The anomalous Hall effect (AHE) in the perpendicular CoFeB/Pt multilayers has been investigated. It is found that AHE comes from a small side jump contribution combining with a large skew scattering contribution, which is in contradiction to the conventional perpendicular Co/Pt multilayers. Moreover, the contribution of skew scattering is enhanced with the increasing number of the CoFeB/Pt bilayer. (C) 2013 AIP Publishing LLC
