摘要
This paper proposes a multi-port six switches single-phase inverter using matrix converter. The proposed converter has two-output port that can control the output voltage independently. In addition, the proposed converter reduces AC/DC power stage by using single-phase matrix converters. Moreover, the proposed converter can reduce two switches compared with conventional AC/DC/AC converter. On the other hand, proposed converter uses nine-switch inverter topology, hence, number of the switching increases in comparison with a conventional circuit. Therefore, this paper introduces a new control strategy for reducing the number of switching. This paper demonstrates a basic operation and the number of switching by the simulation results. Moreover, this paper discusses the total losses of the proposed converter in comparison with the conventional power converter.
