摘要：
The article studies the interconnection between the dynamics in the residential building volumes and major macroeconomic indices in Ukraine. Quantitative and qualitative levels of the population demands' satisfaction are estimated. The demand's paying capacity for the mortgage services and the mechanisms of its adjustment to proposition are defined.
