摘要
The development of cement industry accelerates the integration of informatization and industrialization, and the implementation of intelligent factory construction is the core of the development strategy of "innovation-upgrading and surpassing-leading" in cement industry. The first problem to be solved in the construction of the intelligent factory in cement industry is the perception of the underlying data in the process of cement production and getting rid of the nonstandard of the traditional manual measurement and the error of data collection. The basis of cement intelligent factory lies on enhancing velocity, efficiency and accuracy. This paper compares traditional cement factories with intelligent ones from the aspect of perception of the underlying data and puts forward the construction idea of the intelligent perceptual layer of the cement factory. It also introduces the existing intelligent sensing device and the intelligent sensing technology and forecasts the construction of the intelligent perceptual layer of the cement intelligent factory.
