摘要
In order to effectively limit bad brake to keep the vehicle in a safe condition when Energy regenerative braking failure. Hazard analysis and risk assessment for Braking energy feedback of pure electric vehicle that Meet the functional safety of ISO26262. Rely on the pure electric vehicle acceleration / deceleration carry on fault tree analysis. And have a design of three layer monitoring architecture of system level and a design of security subsystem to regenerative braking. The braking force distribution strategy of the adaptive fuzzy control of pure electric vehicle is designed based on three layer architecture concept and feedback braking theory. The MATLAB model of braking energy feedback is established, and has fault injection hardware in the loop test to a vehicle controller in the HIL Laboratory. The normal energy recovery result is compared with the fault, and the result shows that it can accurately identify the brake pedal sensor fault and respond to the security mechanism to close the vehicle braking energy feedback system. As a result, it meets the functional safety requirements of braking.
