摘要
Service level agreements of cloud services are contracts between cloud service providers and cloud service users to regulate the provision and consumption of cloud services. A large amount of researches have explored how SLAs advance the development and application of cloud services. In this paper, we review SLA applications in cloud service provisions and consumption. We categorize literature of cloud SLA applications into eight groups and analyze the amount distributions of applications in these groups. The purpose of this paper is to give cloud and SLA researchers an overview of the importance and the popular application area of SLAs for cloud services.
