摘要
By using the data of nanoparticles in the area of 21.un x2 mu m from Atomic Force Microscope (AFM), computer automatic identification method of nanoparticles, which considers the complex situation, including normal, rupture and peak cluster situation, has been researched. The total volume of nanoparticles can be gained by traveling throughout the matrix to get the base and height of every nanoparticle. Then we give a method to inspect the accuracy of the result, which differs from the true value by 1.82E-20 m(3) and is acceptable. This paper also evaluates the advantages and disadvantages of the method and discusses the possible improvement ways. In the research we have used the following tools: MATLAB, EXCEL, Windows brushes and SPSS.
