Tunneling in pure and substituted single crystals of Bi2Sr2Ca1Cu2O8+x: s+d-wave pairing and gap enhancement

摘要
The presence of a d(90%) + s(10%) symmetry of the order parameter and a Ni induced enhancement of the superconducting coupling mechanism in bismuth cuprates is deduced from tunneling spectroscopy measurements using STM and Break-junction techniques.
