摘要
The characteristics of PID controllers lead to their widespread adoption and strong demand in temperature control systems since the experimental stability of temperature is required for many applied and research endeavours. The design and manufacture of both the thermal and electronic components of the milli-kelvin metallic thermostat, as well as the light scattering experimental set-up for the liquid mixture critical point research, are presented in this publication. The thermostat was tuned over a wide temperature range of 30-106 degrees C, and short-term stability, long-term stability, and transient responses were studied in detail. The findings demonstrate that the thermostat provides accurate and steady temperature stability. The light scattering experimental setup was arranged and a LabVIEW software program was developed for data acquisition of the intensity of the incident beam, scattered beam, transmitted beam, and the temperature of the liquid mixture simultaneously.
