摘要
We propose an ultra-broadband polarization beam splitter with 4.6 mu m coupling length. Extinction ratio over 10 dB and insertion loss less than 1 dB are achieved over bandwidth of 420 nm centred at 1460 nm. (C) 2020 The Author(s)
