New Eco-industrial Park and its Establishment in Hefei

摘要
This paper expounds some problems of Chinese Eco-industrial Park: The most important defect is the lack of stability when the internal and external interference occurs. The industry chain between enterprises will be destroyed. At that time, eco-industrial parks would have no significance. So, this problem needs to be solved. Compared with the ecosystem, the industry chain of general eco-industrial parks only has producers and consumers. In order to improve the stability of eco-industrial parks, according to ecological principles, decomposer industry was added to the eco-industrial park. The decomposer industry of new eco-industrial park processes the waste of the upstream enterprises into raw materials, and sells them to the downstream enterprises. So, a stable industrial chain was constructed in the new ego-industrial park. The case of Hefei Circular Economy Demonstration Park proved that the new eco-industrial park had higher stability.
