Study on Kinetics Characteristics of Coal Gangue Dump Explosion

摘要
Based on analyzing the influence factors of coal gangue dump explosion, and combining with the equation of state and energy, the explosive mechanisms and the kinetics characteristic of coal gangue dump have been researched. In the process of research gangue dump explosive, the article have applied chemical thermodynamics theory, calculated explosive pressure of mixture gases in the condition of vapor rate with air is 100, temperature MONK, the ratio of pressure is 1. The result shows that: in this condition, the explosive pressure of mixed gas can reach 5.125 x 10(3) MPa, which can correspond with 50% of the explosive pressure of TNT30% pasty detonator with the diameter of 80mm and the density of 1.5g/cm(3). Ibis research not only provides guidance for coal enterprises to ensure safety of production, but also is the basis for us to understand the danger of the spontaneous combustion of the gangue dump. It has extremely practical significance to seek effective precaution measures for the occurrence of gangue dump explosion.
