摘要
Water as a liquid state of earth is assumed as a proposal that integrates the surface of the water that surrounds New York City, as an occupied territory, in extension with the shore. Thus from a flexible, sustainable and self-sufficient structure, which composes the expo program: Clean Tech Expo, that will be held in 2014, five functional clusters are defined linked by a mobility network that is organized in three levels: macro, medium and micro. The macro level includes five mobility units associated with the exhibition and features themes related to each of five boroughs: walking-Manhattan, agriculture-Queens, transformation-Staten Island, energy-Brooklyn and road-Bronx. The medium level integrates collective transport units and the micro level private transport units. The transport network-blue network, links a vast territory that takes land and water as elements of the same urban reality and create the 6th borough of New York.
