摘要：
Virtual Enterprise is a new organization form, which can response to dynamic and fast changing market environment quickly. Agent and MAS were applied to the study of virtual enterprise operation mechanism, and a model for task decomposition and task completion based on MAS was given in this paper, which can be employed to develop appropriate information systems further.
