Anomalous behavior of dielectric permittivity of lithium sulfate monohydrate after thermal shock

摘要
In Lithium Sulfate Monohydrate crystals after quenching (sharp cooling From the room temperature to 243 K) anomalous behavior of dielectric permittivity and loss tangent is observed. Experiments of the temperature and frequency dependencies of these quantities were carried out. Explanation of the observed effect is suggested.
