摘要
Fatigue is probably the most frequently reported symptom of patients with cancer. Treatments such a surgery, radiotherapy or chemotherapy may induce fatigue. It is estimated that about 70-100% of cancer patients experience fatigue during their treatment. The aim of this study is to report treatment related fatigue in patients with lung cancer. Patients undergoing surgery experience fatigue. In case of chemotherapy is the most common side effect. There is significant correlation between fatigue and duration of illness, pain and mood. During radiation therapy patients developed fatigue. For patients who are receiving combination of treatment fatigue is worst than these who receiving only one modality of treatment. In future there is a need research on fatigue in cancer to investigate other treatment related fatigue.
