摘要
The emergence of long-distance, high-capacity transmission lines has increased the probability of large-scale blackouts, the structure of the power systems can unavoidably appear some comparatively vulnerable parts. In this paper, a comprehensive vulnerability assessment index based on the AHP-Entropy method, which integrates subjective opinions of experts and objective data information about the node, is introduced for scientifically identifying potential weaknesses of the grid. Moreover, the PAM clustering algorithm and the Calinski-Harabasz (CH) index is used to be automatically clustered the results of the comprehensive index, than weak links can be obtained. Based the simulation of IEEE39 node system, it is verified the rationality and validity of the evaluation index, which can provide a reasonable and effective Decision-making basis to guarantee the power system security defense.
