摘要
The technique of sol-gel was employed to prepare the nanosized ceramic particles and crystalloids of x BaO. (0.35 - x) La2O3.0.65TiO(2), which being then molded under equilibrium pressure and sintered through heating to give birth to ceramic samples. Those sintered samples with x = 0.02 and x = 0.05 at the temperature about 1330 degreesC were characterized by XRD, SEM and its electrical properties were tested and analyzed. The results show that typical multi-phase ceramics with La2Ti2O7 as its main phase and BaLa2Ti4O12 as its auxiliary phase can be obtained and those crystalloids will finally develop the morphology of long columns. The property tests show that the samples sintered within the temperature range from 1330 to 1457 degreesC, keep the constant and stable dielectric and technological performance, with its dielectric constant epsilon = 51 - 57 and dielectric dissipation of the order of 1 x 10 (-4) similar to 1 x 10 (-5).
