摘要：
The goals of management of complex urologic injuries include expeditious and efficient radiologic evaluation, maximum preservation of kidney and urinary tract function, and minimum complications. This is ideally accomplished through a multidisciplinary approach including the radiologist, the urologist, and the trauma surgeon. The management of complex injuries to the kidney, ureters, bladder, urethra, and penis is discussed in detail.
