摘要
Absolute values and temperature dependences of the constants of stepwise excitation of 16 levels of Kr from the metastable P-3(2) State were determined. For this purpose, a spectroscopic study of a plasma formed in a He + Kr mixture, with the electron temperature varied in a range of 0.2 less than or similar to T-e less than or similar to 0.8 eV, was carried out at the afterglow stage.
