摘要
After China entering into WTO, competitions become much fiercer in banking. Customers have been the strategic resources of commercial banks, so the strategic research on the implementation of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is an important subject of commercial banks in China. It is the most important for commercial banks to effectively implement CRM in order to provide customized service for customers, improve customers' satisfaction and loyalty degree, and strengthen the core competence of banks. This paper analyzes the present situation and obstacles to implement CRM in Chinese commercial banks and proposes innovation ideas for mechanism construction, operations technology and management concept in the view of strategies.
