摘要：
Differences in the Regional development not only in economic resources, scientific and technology etc., but also in the regional culture, population quality, image and other regional differences in terms of soft power. In this paper, we are evaluated China's 31 provinces of soft power, found that the regional differences of soft power is one of the important reason of differences in regional development, especially quality of the population, innovation and public management in soft power, so to raise the level of the regional soft power is important approach to narrow regional development.
