摘要
Talents are the basis of a prosperous country. Being a relatively high level of talents, female graduates face fierce competition. Therefore, being self-employed is a way of getting jobs for female graduates. But now there is a condition of low self-employment rate and success rate in our country. This is affected by the following reasons. Female graduates' self-employment quality needs to be improved. The efficient self-employment education system hasn't been set up. Self-employment policies for female graduates are unsound. For these reasons, female graduates, colleges and governments should work together to give response and report to self-employment, in order to accelerate female graduates' employment and the implementation of the strategy of reinvigorating China through human resource development.
