摘要
Sixty-six tropane alkaloids from crude leaf and root alkaloid mixtures of 12 different species and their varieties and subspecies from tribe Datureae were determined by GC-MS. The alkaloids 3 beta-hydroxy-6 beta-acetoxytropane, 3-propionyloxy-6-hyroxytropane, 3 beta-hydroxy-6 beta-tigloyloxytropane, 3 beta-tigloyloxy-6 beta-acetoxytropane and 3-tigloyloxy-7-isobutyryloxytropane are new reported tropane alkaloids. The alkaloid profile of the species supported the recognition of distinct groups within the tribe Datureae. The genus Brugmansia is well separated from genus Datura by the presence of high content of 3,6-disubstituted tropanes and beta-isomeric tropane esters in its leaf alkaloid mixture. The similar root alkaloid patterns of section Dutra and genus Brugmansia supported their close relationship and section Stramonium appears to be distinct of them. According to the alkaloid analysis, section Ceratocaula appears to be distinct from the other section within the tribe. (c) 2006 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
