摘要
The conditions and trends of the (dis)path taken by Angolan education, in which neoliberal thinking has made an introduction between 2002 and 2018, will be analysed in this paper. "With this, a central objective is established: to present the historical conditions that made the emergence of this new social management possible. Such management of education aims at the interests of the capital and the establishment of profitability through practices that hurt the conquered rights promulgated in the Constitution, such as: free education, access to school and quality of training. This study is substantiated by qualitative research through documentary analysis, archives produced from legislative materials, texts that produce knowledge about educational historiography and the political conditions of the time. With the emergence of neoliberal practices in Angolan territory, it is concluded that basic education is suffering a process of barbarismo: being lack of budget, compulsory requests for high monthly tuition fees, the need to purchase school materials, which add to the difficulties of school access the result of savage capitalism in Angolan style.
