High Efficiency Graphene Phase Modulator Based on Silicon Spiral Waveguide

摘要
A novel graphene phase modulator based on silicon spiral waveguide is designed with high efficiency. A pi/3 phase shift can be achieved with the voltage range of (1.1 similar to 2.3) V within a ultra-compact interaction size (32.25 x 32.25) mu m(2).
