摘要
A flexible technology has been developed to manufacture pyroelectric infrared detectors based on lithium tantalate. As a result, detectors can be made which exhibit a high signal-to-noise ratio and are optimized for the particular application. Linear arrays with up to 256 sensitive elements can be used in the field of contactless temperature measurement, gas analysis, and security technologies.
